Cancellation & Alteration Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- A cancellation fee applies to all bookings.
- Alterations—including reductions in the number of nights or changes to booking dates—are treated as cancellations and follow the same rules.
- No refunds will be issued for early departures or late arrivals. This includes circumstances caused by natural events such as weather.
- Guests are liable for the full amount of the stay as originally booked.
Low Season Bookings
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
- All Labour Day and Easter weekend bookings are non-refundable.
High Season Bookings
All high-season bookings are non-refundable after 1 December.
